Mechanical - Side Feed Applicator

Applicator can run on 40 mm stroke press and has a shut height of 135.78 mm.   Tooling is split-type so that only worn tools can be replaced.   Shank head has continuous adjustment (step less) for conductor crimp height.   Least count of 20 microns.   Applicator base plate has a standard three point adaption.   Suitable for Side Feed Terminals.

Pneumatic Applicator - End Feed Applicator

The Applicator can run on a standard 40mm stroke press. Shank has an enclosed pocket to hold crimpers to ensure minimum misalignment between the crimper and anvil. Anvils and Crimper can be replaced without removing the applicator from the press. The applicator base plate has a standard three point tightening System. The micro settings of the crimp height are step less by a screw and nut mechanism.

Pneumatic Applicator - Side Feed Applicator

The Applicator can run on 40 mm with the change of cam. Suitable for high pitched terminals. Feeding of the terminal is done by a Pneumatic cylinder. Shank has an enclosed pocket to hold crimpers to ensure minimum misalignment between the crimper and anvil. Anvils and Crimper can be replaced without removing the applicator from the press.   The applicator base plate has a standard three point tightening system.   The micro settings of the crimp height are step less by a screw and nut.

Large Double Pillar Die

The Applicator can run on a standard 40/55mm stroke press.    It’s suitable for battery and other loose terminals.    It has smooth functioning because of Pillar bearing.  Standard fitment allows easy changing of complete die and also the tools.
